Dress for Success Twin Cities provides safe, respectful spaces—both in person and online—for women to connect, learn, and grow. Whether you are joining us at an event, a class, or in a virtual session, we ask all participants to follow these guidelines so we can create an environment where everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered.
Participate
If you’re new, say hello! If you see someone who is new, welcome them and introduce them to someone else they should meet. If you’re enjoying the service or discussion, please share your positive experience. And if there’s something you need but don’t yet see, let us know—we want to hear from you.
Recognize Challenges, but Look for Solutions
Taking the next steps in your career can be challenging. In this community, we acknowledge those challenges while focusing on how you can succeed despite them. We encourage you to approach conversations with a solutions-oriented mindset—share your insights, strategies, and encouragement with others.
Show Respect
The experience and voice of every participant make this community special. As members share ideas and personal stories, treat them with kindness, validate their contributions, and celebrate their wins.
Professional Space
Our events and online spaces are dedicated to supporting women in their career and economic growth. Discussions should focus on professional development, career tools, and financial empowerment. To maintain a purpose-driven, supportive environment, we ask that participants avoid sharing sensitive personal information, potentially triggering content, or unrelated topics.
No Soliciting
While members are welcome to share helpful products, tools, and resources, please do not directly solicit participants to purchase or take part in promotional offerings. Similarly, while we value nonprofit and community partnerships, we ask that members not directly solicit financial support from participants.
Safe Space
We are committed to maintaining an inclusive environment for all. Bullying, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated—in person or online.
Community Moderation
Our team is dedicated to ensuring every gathering, session, or discussion remains a safe, supportive, and empowering space.
