Welcome to the Spring Swap- Clothing Exchange Fundraiser and Career Development Workshop! Join us in celebrating Women in Construction Week at Carpenters Local 322 for an afternoon of swapping clothes and gaining valuable career insights. A portion of the proceeds from the event and clothing donations will be donated to Dress for Success. Bring your gently used or new clothing to exchange with others while supporting a good cause. It's a great opportunity to tackle some spring cleaning and downsize your closet. Our Career Development Program will be led by the very talented Heather Boschke, and will focus on "Redefining Success By Your Rules" and will be an opportunity to reevaluate each of our career paths and personal goals. Plus, a great opportunity to network with professionals in various industries from construction, facilities, development, real estate, and urban planning.
