The Recreation Pass Plus program offers valuable benefits to families and individuals living in Hennepin or Scott County who are enrolled in assistance programs like WIC, Medical Assistance, SNAP, or others. 
With the Recreation Pass Plus, you can: 
·       Enjoy free equipment rentals for summer and winter activities, including canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and more. 
·       Access free recreation passes for swimming ponds, disc golf, dog off leash areas, and other park activities. 
·       Receive a 60% discount on all public programs and events.
