• Interviews with employer partners upon completion

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Learn to provide a dynamic customer experience in a professional environment with our Customer Support training. You will learn some of the fundamentals of customer support in a variety of sectors.

• Fully virtual / Mon-Th / 8 weeks
• Certificate from Saint Paul College
• Great training for people looking for remote work

MY ROAD TO SUCCESS

In this personalized career training program, we’ll help you figure out where your interests and skills meet, ensuring you not only find a job but meaningful full-time employment that matches your strengths and passions.

• Virtual + 4 in-person sessions / Mon-Th / 8 weeks
• Certificate from Dakota County Technical College
• Great for those who aren’t sure what they want to do for work
• Great for those who know what they want but need help getting there

FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE

Learn the fundamentals of maintaining the operations of facilities such as apartment complexes, warehouse, etc. You will learn the basics of blueprint reading, operation of hand-tools.

• Fully virtual / Mon-Fri / 8 weeks
• Certificate from Century College
• OSHA 30 Certification

Cashier Skills Training
March 4 - April 10
Mon - Thurs.
12:30- 2:30pm

Learn Customer service, American Money and How to use a cash register.  Real life experience in the student store.





Dietary Aide Training
March 18 - April 12
Mon - Fri.
9:30- 1:30pm

Learn American foods, Nutrition, Food safety and Food serving dialogues.  Visit hospital and Nursing home job sites.






You will receive:

• Help finding a job after the program
• Financial Coaching
• Transportation assistance if needed

You do not need to have work permission to attend these classes!


To Register:Attend an intake day on Mondays between 12 and 4pm.
