​Virtual Community Resource Fair 
 Wednesday, May 20, 2026 from 1 – 2 p.m. 
Everyone is welcome to attend the Virtual Community Resource Fair to learn about many of the resources 
available to the community. 
Each agency will give a short presentation about the resources they offer. After the presentations, you will have 
the opportunity to ask questions.

Agencies attending:
Counseling and Case Management
• Interprofessional Center (IPC) - University of St. 
Thomas students, faculty and staff collaborate to 
provide free counseling and legal services to 
people who don’t have the resources to pay for 
professional services. 
Energy Assistance
• Community Action Program - helps Hennepin 
County residents pay gas and electric bills.
• Xcel Energy – offers payment plans, discounts and 
connections to help customers manage their 
energy bills.
Food
• Community Emergency Services – Food 
resources including the Food Market and food 
lockers where you can pick up groceries on your 
own schedule, Meals on Wheels for senior citizens 
or people who are living with a disability and find it 
hard to shop or cook, and AniMeals for food and 
basic supplies for pets.
Housing
• Community Mediation & Restorative Services, 
Inc. – Housing stability mediation, eviction 
prevention clinics and more.
Legal Aid
• Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid - Free civil legal 
support to senior citizens, people with low income, 
and those with disabilities.
Mental Health
• National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI)
Hennepin County – Resources and help for 
people living with mental illnesses through 
education, support and advocacy. 
Transportation
• Metro Transit – The Transit Assistance Program 
offers $1 bus rides, plus information about public 
transportation options throughout the Twin 
Cities.
