Retail, Content and Marketing Manager

Lip Esteem • Saint Paul, Minnesota

Lip Esteem is hiring a part-time Retail, Content and Marketing Manager for its in-person storefront at 876 Selby Avenue, Saint Paul.

This role blends customer service, content creation, retail operations, and marketing support. It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people, creating social media content, and helping a growing beauty brand show up online and in person.

Schedule Wednesday-Saturday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.

Location 876 Selby Avenue, Saint Paul

Pay $18-$22 per hour, based on experience

What you would do

  • Open and close the store
  • Greet and assist customers with product selection
  • Create a welcoming and engaging in-store experience
  • Capture daily photo and video content
  • Create simple content for Instagram and TikTok
  • Edit short-form videos and help schedule posts
  • Pack and ship online orders
  • Support inventory organization, merchandising, and store upkeep
  • Assist with promotions, campaigns, and in-store events

  • Friendly, warm, and engaging personality
  • Comfortable on camera and interacting with people
  • Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok
  • Reliable and able to take initiative
  • Interest in beauty, makeup, storytelling, and community
  • Retail or customer service experience
  • Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut or Canva

We offer in-person tax clinics at nine locations throughout the Minneapolis-St Paul metro area, with options of both day and evening appointment times. Please allow 2-3 hours for your tax appointment.
 
We experience a very high call volume during tax season. Please use our online scheduling tool on our website to book your appointment if you're able. This will help ensure our phone lines remain open for those without internet access or who need extra assistance.
